Surprisingly Light and Easy to Eat?
Preparing this ramen is effortless—just heat it in the microwave! Here are the recommended heating times:
- 500W: About 7 minutes 40 seconds
- 600W: About 6 minutes 30 seconds
- 1500W: About 2 minutes 40 seconds

I heated mine at 500W, but even after 7 minutes and 40 seconds, the center was still a bit frozen, so I extended the heating time slightly.

The broth was piping hot, so after stirring well, it reached the perfect consistency.
The noodles are thick, similar to udon, and the toppings include pork and garlic chives.

As expected, the garlic aroma is intense. However, when sipping the broth, I found the taste surprisingly light and easy to drink.
The chewy noodles have a satisfying bite and a firm texture, making them enjoyable to eat.
While the garlic-flavored broth and robust noodles should be a perfect match, the broth itself is on the milder side, creating a somewhat unusual balance. This could be a love-it-or-hate-it type of ramen depending on personal preference.
If you enjoy a moderate garlic kick with a rich pork back fat flavor, this ramen is worth a try!
