The jasmine rice is just too good.
The “Khao Mangai” only needs to be heated in a microwave (500W) for 3 minutes.
You’ll notice a clear film between the jasmine rice and the other ingredients. The cup on top of the yam un sen contains the sauce for the Khao Mangai.

It’s full of thick, juicy chicken, which is a big plus.
There’s quite a bit of yam un sen included, too.
I was impressed by the biryani made with basmati rice that was previously sold at 7-Eleven, but this time it’s jasmine rice. As a fan of international cuisine, I can’t get enough of it.
I tried it right away, and as expected, the rice is amazing! So delicious! The jasmine rice is moist yet fluffy, with a great flavor. Even on its own, it’s tasty with a subtle sweetness. The chicken is also moist and tender. The yam un sen has a slight sourness and spiciness, adding a nice accent.
It’s very tasty, with the flavor of fish sauce—a staple in Thai cuisine—adding a truly authentic taste.
